The Super-Simple Mindsharp Help Desk Link Feature

The link is wrapped in a control which is wrapped in another control which is wrapped in a feature which is wrapped in a solution... maybe not exactly super-simple, but this recipe lays it out in detail. Other similar changes might be accomplished with minor tweaks to the recipe.
